Office for Indigenous Peoples

The Office for Aboriginal Peoples was established in 2009 with the mandate of taking the lead on implementing the Aboriginal Strategic Plan at 51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏ.

Indigenous Council Office

The Indigenous Council Office, housed within the Office of the President, is led by Indigenous Executive Lead Chris Syexta’xtn Lewis. The ICO oversees the Office for Indigenous Peoples and serves as the secretariat for SFU’s Indigenous Governance circles, the External Advisory Council and internal Indigenous Council.
