All types of personal information depending on the records requested or the privacy complaint made: name, address, telephone number, age, sex, race, religion, marital status, family status, sexual orientation, disability, student number, social insurance number, health care number, medical and psychological information, educational information, financial information, criminal history, employment information, third party opinions about the individual, and the individual鈥檚 own views or opinions.

Purposes for which PI collected, used and disclosed
Personal information contained in these records is collected, used, and disclosed for the purpose of processing requests and complaints made under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed
The personal information contained in these records is used by and disclosed to Archives staff, senior administrators and other university employees on a need to know basis.
