Information is collected by Student Services for the purpose of reviewing, evaluating and processing a tuition refund request or appeal. Personal information is obtained, compiled, and disclosed to the Enrollment Appeal Committee for a decision on the outcome of an application.
Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed
Student services department staff, members of the Enrollment Committee, and the Appeals Coordinator.
