Congratulations to Em Lim (C么t茅 lab) for winning the Faculty of Science, SFU-wide and western regional 3MT competition!

Em's summary of their thesis: "Although tropical marine animals get a lot of credit for fertilizing coral reefs, temperate marine animals may also significantly contribute to primary productivity. I'm investigating the relative importance of animal pee around the globe using meta-analysis techniques."

Em will move onto the next level of the competition.
