Conducting effective job searches, writing professional résumés and cover letters, and performing well in interviews are all essential skills for job seekers. In this course, you’ll discover what employers look for during the hiring process and gain insight into recruitment trends, applicant tracking systems and emerging AI tools. You’ll also identify career advising strategies to support your client’s overall goals, as well as practice job search skills through role-play and mock interviews.
