Technology and AI in Projects

How can you make the most of evolving technology and artificial intelligence in your project management work? You’ll explore the application of project management information systems (PMIS) and tools across the full project lifecycle, while also considering criteria for technology selection, privacy and security considerations, and opportunities for data visualization and AI integration. You’ll also learn methods to evaluate and apply these tools in real-world scenarios to monitor performance, manage risks and support informed decision-making.
