Internal Communication and Change Management
Learn to plan, deliver and evaluate internal communications in both everyday operations and times of organizational change.
In this course, you’ll explore building and implementing change communication plans, including audience-specific messaging and responses to employee needs and concerns. Through hands-on practice, you’ll craft targeted communications for different audiences while aligning with broader change objectives and organizational goals. You’ll also learn to assess and select the most effective channels and platforms to engage with employees, as well as use evaluation tools to measure impact and refine your approach.
As you sharpen your skills in defining messages, engaging audiences and evaluating outcomes, you’ll become an organizational influencer able to advance internal initiatives.
The final assignment for this course is due one week after the course ends.
