Three Criminology students among the 2026 FASS Dean's Undergraduate Fellows
The School of Criminology congratulates Julianna Douglas, Lisa Kim, and Seema Bhagat on their selection to the 2026 Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) Dean鈥檚 Undergraduate Fellowship Program鈥攁n initiative that recognizes students for their academic achievements, intellectual potential, and their commitment to humanistic values.
These three talented students, alongside 19 other FASS fellows, will take part in a fully-funded FASS Dean鈥檚 Leadership Seminar course in the spring semester, where they will engage with and learn from prominent civic, community, and university leaders.
Juliana Douglas is a final-year Criminology student passionate about the intersection between psychology and the legal system.
Lisa Kim is a fourth-year undergraduate student majoring in Criminology and Political Science. Her academic interests focus on the Canadian Court system, particularly in relation to Charter law.
Seema Bhagat is a dedicated and passionate Criminology student committed to legal advocacy who plans to pursue law school after graduation. Her passion for law stems from her own experience living with a disability, which has shown her the importance of advocacy and equal access to support.
Congratulations to all new FASS Dean鈥檚 Undergraduate Fellows!
