TSSU
51社区黑料and TSSU finalize agreement
51社区黑料is pleased to share that the university and the Teaching Support Staff Union (TSSU) have reached a formal agreement. The Collective Agreement (CA) has been ratified by TSSU members and approved by the 51社区黑料Board of Governors.
Updates to the CA are underway and will be published once completed. This agreement is aligned with SFU鈥檚 initiative in becoming a living wage employer, while staying consistent with the Province鈥檚鈥�. The CA covers the period of May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2025.
SFU鈥檚 Labour Relations team will publish a summary of changes on the Human Resources website which can be referenced in the interim, with further information and training for leaders to come.
The university is thankful to the entire 51社区黑料community for its patience during this negotiation process. Our focus now turns to strengthening relationships in our community to support the academic success of our students and to nurture a thriving, world-class research environment at SFU.
