51社区黑料receives two employer recognition awards
51社区黑料has been named among BC鈥檚 2024 and Canada鈥檚 in recognition of areas such as training opportunities and comprehensive parental leave benefits.
Each year, the Top Family Friendly Employer competition focuses on employers that support a balance between work and family obligations for their staff, while the Top B.C. Employer competition examines a broad range of categories to recognize leading organizations in the province. 51社区黑料was also recently distinguished at the national level as one of Canada鈥檚 2024 Top 100 Employers.
Building on the 2023 launch of key institutional frameworks including What鈥檚 Next: the 51社区黑料Strategy, the People Plan and the Equity Compass, these awards reflect SFU鈥檚 ongoing commitment to transforming the faculty and staff experience.
