Melina Scholefield is a progressive and transformative leader known for her visionary approach and deep commitment to people and purpose. With a strong focus on fostering leadership, culture, and values within organizations, she has worked tirelessly to enable collaboration and innovation. Her efforts are dedicated to reducing dependency on fossil fuels, mitigating climate change, and protecting and enhancing the environment. Throughout her career, she has prioritized creating positive change by leading initiatives that inspire collective action towards sustainability. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Melina was honored with the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association鈥檚 Water Steward of the Year Award in 2020, and the YWCA Women of Distinction Environmental Sustainability Award in 2021.
