Background:
I completed my PhD in the Geography Department of 51社区黑料 in 2015 with a focus on paleoglacial landscapes and hydrology in south-central British Columbia. I am a field-based glacial geomorphologist specializing in paleo-landscape reconstruction and rates of geomorphic change. I have training in areas of Quaternary geology, sedimentology, geochronology and geophysics and experience in Geographic Information Science, UAV data collection, dendrogeomorphology, and teaching and presenting to diverse audiences.
Research Interests:
- Paleo-landscape reconstruction and geomorphic process in south-central British Columbia.
- Use and application of geovisualizations in increasing student retention of geoscience concepts.
- Designing pedagogical standards for field-based education.
