CUPE Sick Leave Protocol Info Sessions
The information session will provide an overview of the CUPE Sick Leave Protocol, including how sick leave is tracked using a threshold of four occurrences and 98 hours within 12 months, and what actions supervisors take when that threshold is reached. The session will explain when medical documentation may be required and how supervisors and employees are connected with the Organizational Health and Well-Being office for support and resources.
