Final Exam Scheduling

Does your course have a final exam (whether it's in-person, take-home or online)? If yes, please use this online form to give us the details.

If you are teaching more than one course in the term, please complete this form for each course that has an exam.

For this term, please complete this form by this deadline: Monday, September 15, 2025, 8:00 AM (PST).

If you are an Area Coordinator, please make sure that all of the Sessional Instructors and Term Lecturers teaching in your area have completed this form, as necessary, by the deadline, as well.

If you have any special requests on the timing of your exam or any questions, please contact the SCA Manager at sca_manager@sfu.ca.
