Sources of Canadian Law and Legal Institutions ALS 401 (4)
Provides students with an understanding of the fundamental principles of common law and equity in Canadian law; sources and authorities of Indigenous law; processes of statutory analysis and construction; and the structures through which Canadian law is administered. Intended for students in the SFU-Exeter accelerated law dual degree program. Prerequisite: At least 60 units completed.
