Private Law Principles in Canadian Law ALS 402 (4)
Provides students with an understanding of the principles that apply to private relationships, and how those principles and their application relate to Indigenous peoples and persons of Canada, including: contracts; torts; Indigenous and common law principles pertaining to land and rights in land. Intended for students in the SFU-Exeter accelerated law dual degree program. Prerequisite: At least 60 units completed.
