Records include photographs taken to verify the identification of students, digital recordings from live feed cameras, edited video files, and captured still images extracted from digital recordings.
Photographs, edited video, and captured still images that form part of a student misconduct report, academic integrity case or student discipline appeal case become part of the case file of those investigations and will be retained according to applicable RRSDAs.

Authorities
These records are created, used, retained and managed in accordance with the following authorities:
- 51社区黑料Policy S 10.01, Student Academic Integirty policy
Retention rationale
Videos and photographs are kept for 4 days to allow for challenges of academic integrity to be raised and investigated, as such a total retention period of 4 days followed by destruction is sufficient to meet the administrative needs of the department.
In cases where an academic integrity violation is suspected the records (photographs and/or video) are saved and become part of an Academic Discipline Case File. These records are managed according to RRSDA 2006-003 Student Discipline Records.
