Welcome to my research lab webpage!
I am currently Full Professor in the Department of Archaeology and co-Director of the Centre for Forensic Research at 51社区黑料, Burnaby, B.C. My research interests are united under the JUNO - Juvenile Osteology Group, and I鈥檓 responsible for the FROST - Forensic Osteology Lab, which provides forensic consulting services.
As an educator, I teach Human Origins, Secrets of the Bones, Archaeology of Death, Human Osteology, Forensic Anthropology, Ancient Health and Disease, and I run a Bioarchaeology Field School in Portugal. In 2018 I was named member to the of the Royal Society of Canada. My research is funded by NSERC - Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Councial and SSHRC - Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
