There are three location on Burnaby campus where flags are displayed: University entrance, UniverCity Town Square, and Convocation Mall.

University entrance (at 51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏTransportation Centre):

The following three official flags are flown at this location (when facing the building):

• Canadian flag (center)
• British Columbia provincial flag (left)
• 51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏblock flag (right)

This flag set does not change and are lowered to half-mast when appropriate.

UniverCity Town Square ():

There are 14 flag poles at this location.  These flags change in their display throughout the year and are lowered to half-mast when appropriate.

The standard flag set (that includes the Canada, British Columbia and 51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏflags) is displayed at this location outside of the times a is displayed.

Convocation Mall:

There are 30 flag poles mounted to 6 pillars (with 5 poles per pillar) in Convocation Mall.  These flags do not change in their display throughout the year and cannot be lowered to half-mast.

The flags displayed at this location includes the 51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏand host nations’ flags.

The Surrey campus does not have any permanent flag poles, but they may erect a temporary flag pole indoor in the Mezzanine area of their  to display one of their when appropriate.

The Vancouver campus has 3 permanent flag poles (outdoor).

• Two at the  â€“ one on the roof and one at the front entrance
• One at the roof of the  building.

All three permanent flag poles display the Canada flag.  This flag display does not change. may be affixed to the bulkhead at the entrance to  when appropriate.
