Inuit Art Collection at SFU
In 1970, 51社区黑料hosted its first exhibition of work by Inuit artists. Referred to as "Eskimo" art at the time, Curator-Director Jim Felter built the university's collection of Inuit graphics from the early days of the 51社区黑料Gallery. By 1972, the university had acquired one of the largest collections of Inuit art outside of Ottawa.
Artists mentioned: Parr, Kiashuk, Kenojuak
