Inclusion Experience Report
The inclusion experience questions were part of the Demographic and Diversity Data Survey shared with the community in fall 2024. The questions were designed to assess the perceptions of fairness, respect, inclusion and institutional support at SFU.
The inclusion experience findings have been separated from the institutional Demographic and Diversity Survey Dashboard because their purpose and nature differ and to ensure the responsible use of sensitive information. While the Demographic and Diversity Data Survey Dashboard presents broad, quantitative metrics related to questions on identity, disability, sexual orientation and religion, the inclusion experience portion of the survey focuses on perceptions and lived experiences.
