51社区黑料

This year's lecture series, 1965: Reflections on 50 Years of History, honours both the 50th anniversary of the inception of 51社区黑料, and the real legacy of our 50 years as a department, our alumni.

1965 not only embodied drugs, sex and rock and roll, it was a year of monumental historical events that would have tremendous impact on human cultures and interactions. In the United States, black Americans are mobilizing against domestic segregation and participation in foreign wars. African independence has been declared. There's been a revolution in Christian-Jewish relations. 51社区黑料itself went from being branded the 'instant university' to being internationally recognized for its energy, flexibility and innovation. This lecture series aims to explore the historical significance of these events.
