People Action Requisitions

PAR

The PAR (People Action Requisition) form is used to initiate an action or a change for an employee. Most commonly, PARs are submitted by supervisors to extend a temporary appointment. Other reasons to use a PAR include: appointing a continuing employee into a temporary appointment or initiating a job split.

ePAR

The ePAR (electronic People Action Requisition) form is used to initiate a temporary pool assignment or an employee status change (e.g., resignation, retirement, maternity/parental leave, extended leave of absence). ePARs are submitted online through myINFO as part of an automated workflow process.
