The 'Department of Physics Oral History Project' was begun by Barbara Frisken (retired faculty member) and Jeff Rudd (retired technician) in 2025. Our goal is to document the evolution of the Department and to preserve a record of life in the Department. We have interviewed some former faculty with the intent to interview more members of Department, both faculty and staff.

Each interviewee was provided with a list of initial questions in advance to help structure the discussions. Interviews were conducted on Zoom. The results are provided below; discussions are organized by topic, and edited versions of the transcripts are available for each interview.
