Safety and emergency preparedness is a shared responsibility and everyone has a role to play. We invite all members of the 51社区黑料community to participate in this year鈥檚 Emergency Preparedness Week drill happening Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.

Emergency Preparedness Week drill details
Pre-drill
- Download the 51社区黑料Safe app and enable push notifications to receive a drill notification.
- Other 51社区黑料Alerts channels will also be tested including digital screens and Alertus notifications on SFU-managed devices.
- Review emergency procedures prior to the drill.
Alerts drill at 10:30 a.m.
Test notifications will be sent across multiple platforms, including social media, the 51社区黑料Safe and 51社区黑料Snap apps, and managed desktops.
