System Overview

All contractors, subcontractors and their 51社区黑料Project Managers are required to use the new 51社区黑料Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to document and manage the construction work  construction work across all 51社区黑料campuses.

The CSMS is a collaborative safety tool that serves as a comprehensive framework enabling 51社区黑料Project Managers and their contractors to effectively manage safety risks throughout the project lifecycle. With oversight and support provided by the EHS department, all parties strive to ensure a secure and compliant working environment for everyone involved in the project and the 51社区黑料community.

System Registration - Contractors Only 

Prior to registering, please verify that no other representatives from your company or organization have already registered a company account. This registration is not for workers or field staff to create their account, it is only to create a company account in the 51社区黑料Contractor Safety Management System. Contractor Safety Orientation

All contractor employees are required to complete the 51社区黑料Contractor Safety Orientation, which remains valid for one year. To receive credit, the orientation must be accessed and completed . Please contact your 51社区黑料Project Manager or EHS if you require assisstance.

Training & Resources

51社区黑料EHS has created comprehensive guides and templates for CSMS users. Please review the appropriate guide. Templates are for contractors to download and use for their company or projects. It is the responsibility of the user who downloads the template to ensure they are applicable to their own company requirements and compliance with applicable regulation and standards.
