What will I learn?
- Review definitions of bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
- Learn about inclusive, respectful, and consentual communication in workplace and learning environments.
- Learn how our stress response may contribute to conflict in groups, and how to manage stress.
- Practice tools for creating and maintaining consentual and respectful work and learning environments.
