Graduation Checklist Deadlines
| Tuesday, September 2 | Deadline to cancel application to graduate in October 2025 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2025 term. |
| Wednesday, September 17 | Graduation application for completing degree requirements in the Fall 2025 term begin. |

Early deadline to apply and pay for the early application fee on for graduation in June 2026 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Fall 2025 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
| Friday, December 12 | Final deadline to apply and pay for the regular application fee on for graduation in June 2026 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Fall 2025 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
| Friday, January 2, 2026 | Deadline to cancel application to graduate in June 2026 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Fall 2025 term. |
| August 15, 2025 | Final deadline to apply on for graduation if you are completeing requirements in the Summer 2025 term to attend convocation in October 2025. |
| August 25, 2025 | Thesis or project defence and library submission (if applicable) deadline for graduation from the Summer 2025 term. Any course work must have received a final grade by this date. |
| September 2, 2025 | Last day to cancel gradaution application, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2025 term. |
| December 12, 2025 | Final deadline to apply on for graduation if you are completeing requirements in the Fall 2025 term to attend convocation in June 2026. |
| December 22, 2025 | Thesis or project defence and library submission (if applicable) deadline for graduation from the Fall 2025 term. Any course work must have received a final grade by this date. |
| January 2, 2025 | Last day to cancel gradaution application, if you are completing degree requirements in the Fall 2025 term. |
