Wideen Family International Teacher Education Module Award

One award, valued at $2,000, will be granted annually in any term to an Undergraduate student who meet the following criteria:
- Is enrolled full-time during the term of eligibility
- Is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Education or is enrolled in the Faculty of Education's Professional Development Program (PDP);
- Is accepted into the International Teacher Education Module (ITEM)
- Has demonstrated commitment to teaching and learning from people of different cultures
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applications must include:
- A personal statement from the applicant outlining their commitment and interest in teaching and learning from people of different cultures; and
- One letter of reference attesting to this commitment and interest.
The Award will be granted by the Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee upon the nomination by the Dean, Faculty of Education or their designate.
