Research Interests
My research is grounded in critical theories and examines issues of equity and anti-racism in education. I focus on structural and institutional barriers to access, success, and inclusion in higher and teacher education. I am also deeply engaged with the analysis of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) policies and plans in education institutions, interrogating both their stated commitments and the gaps they leave unaddressed. I have extensive experience as an educator in diverse educational contexts, working with students and communities from a wide range of backgrounds.
