- Yes. SFU and campuses are accessible via public transit.
- Uber/Lyft & Taxi are also available.
Will there be Wi-Fi available?
- Yes. Details will be shared at the conference.
Is food provided? If so, are there accommodations for dietary restrictions?
- The registration includes lunch for all three days of the conference. The opening and closing receptions will include light refreshments. If you have any dietary restriction, please include this upon registration, or email us at fap_2026@sfu.ca.

- There is no 'unique special event code' assigned to the APRU FAP 2026 Conference.
What do I need to prepare to travel to Canada?
- Please refer to and follow information on the Government of Canada website, "". For any specific inquiries, please contact your local Canadian Embassy or Consular Services for assistance.
I need a Letter of Invitation for my immigration application.
- Send an email to fap_2026@sfu.ca to request the letter, and provide the required information below:

Cancellation Policy: Registration
- Full refunds will be provided if cancelled prior to 11:59 pm (PST), on September 20, 2026.
- No refunds will be offered after the deadline.
GENERAL INQUIRIES
Is there an option to participate in the conference remotely?
- Yes, however, this is not a hybrid conference. A majority of this conference will be delivered in-person, but there are portions that can be attended virtually.
Will sessions be recorded or available online after the conference?
- No, the conference sessions will not be recorded.
