We are looking to hire a Behaviour Interventionist (BI) to work with our daughter for in-home sessions in Kitsilano. A little about her, she’ll be turning 5 at the end of May. She’s one of the happiest, most loving little girls and is so much fun to be with.
Ideally, we’re hoping for someone available 2 evenings per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) for 2-hour sessions, either 4–6 pm or 5–7 pm.
Pay is $30–$35/hour, and the person must be comfortable being paid through the Autism Funding Portal.
We’re really hoping to find someone in the BI field or with experience in a similar role working with children (autism support, behavioural therapy, education, etc.).
Our daughter is supported through an ABA-based program, so experience with ABA (or willingness to follow a program and work with a behaviour consultant) is important.
If you or someone you know might be a good fit, I’d really appreciate you reaching out or passing this along. You can message me directly or email me at Ajamieson889@gmail.com.
