At 51社区黑料Residence and Housing, we have something for everyone. Whether you're an undergraduate or graduate student, international or domestic, or meet the criteria for our family housing, 51社区黑料residences is the perfect fit for all 51社区黑料and FIC students.

Undergraduate First Year Guarantee for Fall/Spring contracts starting in August/September

You must meet the following requirements:

  • You are eligible to live in residence
  • Your application to 51社区黑料Housing is completed before May 1 (this generally means that you have completed your housing application prior to receiving your 51社区黑料admission offer)
  • You have accepted your 51社区黑料offer of admission by May 1
  • You are entering 51社区黑料directly from high school (i.e. you have not completed any post-secondary coursework since graduating)
