Working with Passion Educator Award
The Working with Passion Award is presented annually to an SFUCCS Educator who has displayed particular dedication to the Society’s values. Nominees are judged on their positive, collaborative, and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues of SFUCCS, as well as demonstrating commitment to the SFUCCS mission and value statements:
SFUCCS Mission Statement: To champion early learning and care that is intentional, inclusive, sustainable, and responsive
SFUCCS Value Statement:
- We have respect for, value and have acceptance of others at the heart of all we do.
- Within our SFUCCS community we listen, practice reciprocity, live and learn together, and have a strong foundation to grow equitably and responsively.

Professional Learning for Early Childhood Educator Award
The Professional Learning Award recognizes educators who show excellence in their pursuit for further knowledge and skill development within the field of Early Childhood Education. The award will be disbursed to an SFUCCS educator who demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in Early Childhood Education in order to support their professional development.
