4th Floor Room Booking Request Form

The School for the Contemporary Arts at 51社区黑料Goldcorp Centre for the Arts provides students enrolled in SCA classes with the opportunity to book rooms. The intent of this service is to support the further development of artistic and academic skills directly related to SCA coursework.

Attention: Wait times for booking request replies may currently be longer than usual. Until further notice, please allow at least 3 business days notice for requests. Business days and times are Monday 鈥� Friday, 9:00 AM 鈥� 4:30 PM, excluding holidays and university closures.

Please read the SCA Student Room Bookings Policies & Procedures BEFORE you make your submission.  

If anything is damaged, broken, or excessively dirty, or if you have any other concerns about the space, please email ca@sfu.ca.

Before you submit your request, please ensure that it falls outside of classtime.

Please select your current Major
This is your first choice for the booking time/space. Bookings start and end at :00 or :30
This is your second choice for the same booking. It will only be considered if your first choice is not available.
Indicate another option that would be suitable (if any) in case the room requested is not available
If more than three hours is requested, please add that in the Notes / Details section below.
All booking requests must be directly related to a CA course
Are all students who will be present enrolled in a CA course for the current semester?

NOTE: A completed liability waiver form* must be submitted for ALL NON-SCA PARTICIPANTS at least 1 work day** before booking begins.
Participants without a waiver WILL BE DENIED ENTRY BY SECURITY.

* Form provided with booking confirmation email.

** Work days are Monday 鈥� Thursday from 9:30 AM 鈥� 4:00 PM & Friday from 9:30 AM 鈥� 3:30 PM. Excludes holidays/closures.
