FAQs

How much do the workshops cost? 

There is no cost! All our workshop are free. Groups are responsible for getting to campus, but there is no charge for the workshops themselves. 

When can I request a workshop? 

Workshop requests are open for submissions during the second week of the term (September for September to December, January for Jan-April. Workshop requests for May and June can be submitted any time after March 15th)

When are workshops available?

How long are the workshops?

Most of our workshop are 90 minutes long. Please refer to our workshop listing for lengths and variations.

How many people can attend a workshop at once? 

Some of our workshops can accommodate up to 60, but most can only accommodate approximately 30. 

What Campus are the workshops available at?

All of our workshop topics are offered at the Burnaby campus, and several of the topics are also offered at the Surrey campus. 

Can I request a virtual workshop? 

Yes! We offer the majority of our workshop topics both in person and online.
