General Information

Canada Post and couriers may choose to deliver your package either directly to your unit mailbox inside your Grad and Family Housing building or leave a posted pick-up slip on or near the door entrance with the location and time you can pick up. Read your email and notifications carefully
Always include the recipient full first and last name. Mail or packages addressed using nicknames, initials or preferred names may not be successfully delivered
All addresses should be legible
Do not use acronyms or abbreviations
If you receive mail for someone not currently living at your address, return it to the sender via Canada Post
Follow up with the delivery service provider directly if there is an issue with your delivery
Update your address directly with Canada Post to receive forwarded mail after moving out

When moving out

If you are planning on moving out of Residence and Housing, make sure to update your correspondents with your new mailing address.

Contact Canada Post for options to have your mail forwarded to your new address.

Location: Burnaby Residence: UniverCity - Grad and Family Housing building - Unit mailbox (letter mail and small packages)
Hours: Regular Canada Post Hours
Mail: Mail delivered by Canada Post or couriers directly to your unit mailbox in your building

Make sure that you are using your full address including unit number
Deliveries to your unit mailbox are generally reserved for letter mail and small packages
When a parcel delivery is attempted but unsuccessful the driver will post a parcel pick-up slip to聽the door at the front entrance of the building. This slip will include the information on where and when you can pick up your parcel
Present your slip and ID to retrieve your parcel

Guidelines

If your mail or parcel is too big, Canada Post may leave a parcel pickup slip on the door to the front entrance to the building you live in. Follow the instructions on the parcel pickup slip聽

GUSTAVA: Courtyard Residence west end of the courtyard (near childcare)
Other Locations:Users can also choose from a variety of authorized pick-up locations

Hours: Mail pickup is available 24/7 for KAYLUM and GUSTAVA. Other locations pickup hours may vary

General Information

Amazon delivery drivers do not have access to residence buildings. Packages and parcels will frequently be delivered on the ground near the front door of the building. Amazon provides their customers with pick up options during the check-out process as an alternative to front door delivery
Always include the recipient's full name (i.e. first name AND last name)
All Addresses should be legible
Do not use acronyms or abbreviations
Contact Amazon directly to resolve delivery issues
