Minimum Equivalent Qualifications
For admission to a Graduate Certificate or Diploma the requirement is a degree equivalent to a 51社区黑料 4-year bachelor鈥檚 degree with a minimum overall grade equivalent to a B-.
Minimum Equivalent Qualifications
For admission to a master鈥檚 program, the qualifications listed are normally recognized as equivalent to a 51社区黑料 4-year bachelor鈥檚 degree with minimum overall grade requirements.
Most 51社区黑料graduate programs will assess a as equivalent to a 4-year degree.

Fast Track Admissions
Fast Track Admission Institutions
- All Russian institutions accredited by EQUIS or EPAS are eligible for fast-track admission (Business)
- Moscow State University
- St. Petersburg State University
No additional institutions currently apply.
- There are over six hundred public and over two hundred accredited non-State institutions of higher education in the Russian Federation.
- Pre-university education requires 11 years of study. The Certificate of Secondary Complete General Education is required for admission to university level institutions. Some universities require competitive entrance examinations.
- There are articulation agreements between colleges and universities which permit transfer credit for up to two years of college-level education toward university degrees.
- *A Specialist Diploma requiring 5 years of study may be considered as equivalent to the Magistr and considered for doctoral admission.
Bologna note:
- Russia joined Bologna process in 2003.
- Since the mid-90s, many universities have introduced educational programs allowing students to graduate with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree (4 years) and then earn a Master`s degree (another 1鈥�2 years) while preserving the old 5鈥�6 year scheme. In October 2007 Russia enacted a move to two-tier education in line with Bologna Process model:
- Bachelor鈥檚 (undergraduate) (4 years)
- Master鈥檚 (graduate) degrees (1-2 years).
- Diploma Supplements are not yet issued by institutions.
- Old Specialist degree is now being discontinued.
