extend/update a deadline to accept admission
Applicants who are offered admission receive an email notification, letting them know there is an 51社区黑料admission decision letter in their status portal.
- The applicant must log on to their Status Portal to access the letter.
- The default number of days for applicants to accept admission is 21 days.
- Units can customize their acceptance dates in the Setup/Rollover Form during admission cycle setup.

How to update acceptance deadline (individual applicant)
From the :
- Use search to find the applicant, click on the Application tab
- Under Checklist, find Admission Offer Reply
- Click Edit
- On the pop-up window:
- Check the Expiration checkbox
- Enter the desired date and time
- Click Save
How to update acceptance deadline (for full admission cycle)
Units can customize the number of days to accept admission (eg. 27 days) or provide a specific date (eg. April 15, 2025) in the Application Set Up/Rollover Form.
Prior to an admission cycle opening, Units can use this form to customize:
- their program open and deadline dates
- units for per unit fee programs
- specialty deposit information
- how many references are required
- questions on both the referee and reviewer forms
- admission acceptance deadlines
Notes:
- The dates will roll over to the new cycle if we are not contacted to change/update them.
