find my program open dates and deadlines

Units are responsible for updating their website and correspondence and letting Grad Studies know of any changes required in goGRAD.

This page outlines how to run a query in goGRAD/Slate that lists program open dates and deadlines.

To submit changes for an upcoming admission cycle, use the Application Set Up/Rollover Form

To access Slate's Reader from the administrative side, click the laptop icon:

How to run program dates query

On the :

Click the Resources tab and click the query called Program Dates
Click Run Query
Use the Search box or the scroll bars to view the data

Click Export to pull the data into a spreadsheet. You can use this spreadsheet to sort, filter the information.

Notes:

This query contains: program names, program codes, open dates, deadline dates and program contacts
The dates will roll over to the new cycle if we are not contacted to change/update them
