When applicants are offered admission they receive an email notification, letting them know there is an 51社区黑料admission decision letter in their status portal. They log in to their Status Portal to access the letter.
- The Status Portal will also include a Response to Offer link, for the applicant to accept or deny the admission offer.
- If they accept, the applicant is directed to pay an admission deposit.

- Type the applicant's name in the search (top right)
- Click on the application tab
- Scroll down to Activities to view payment records

Applicants can view their payments in their Status Portal, under Recent Activities (C):
How to view Admission Reply + Deposit information (batch of applicants)
Option 1: Accepted Bin
From the :
- Click Browse. The numbers on each bin show how many applications are in that stage.
- Click the Accepted (Deferral Form) bin
- This view will show each applicant, their admit term and if they have paid the admission deposit or not.
- For more information click the display icon, user name (top right) to open the Quick Reference. This will show the date and time the applicant accepted admission and paid the deposit.
Option 2: Run a Query
From the :
- Find the query called
- Click Run Query
- Use the Search Bar to look for a specific application or Export the query for a full list
- The Deposit Payment Received column will show a date if the deposit was received.
