Application Set Up/Rollover Form

Units are responsible for updating their website and correspondence and letting Grad Studies know of any changes required in goGRAD – for current information, please run queries listed under System Setup:

REMINDERS

  1. Please ensure all paid applicants from the previous years’ application cycle have received a decision before your selected opening date. It is recommended your program issue all decisions no later than the first day of classes for the fall term (September 3, 2025).
  2. For changes to GPC, GPA and reviewer access to goGRAD/SLATE, submit the GS Access Form: /gradstudies/faculty-staff/resources/oasis-ga3-access-change-request-form.html
  3. For changes to the Potential Supervisor list that applicants can select from, follow these instructions: /gradstudies/faculty-staff/resources/admission-gograd-slate/overview.html#prework
  4. If you want to include your program's information (Commonly Asked Applicant Questions), please complete this form: /gradstudies/faculty-staff/resources/marketing-recruitment/common-applicant-faqs.html
Please only list programs with the same opening/closing dates together or same fee-type together. Use a comma to separate multiple programs. Programs that have a different opening/closing dates or different fee-types require a separate form submission.

Most programs will open for the Fall 2026 application cycle after 12pm October 1st, 2025. Please enter your preferred opening date (note: opening dates should fall on a regular business day. If your selected date falls on a Saturday/Sunday or holiday, Graduate Studies will automatically move your program’s opening date to the closest business day).

Most research based programs have a $250 deposit and the consensus from Associate Deans on SGSC was that research-based programs should not look to increase their deposit amount.

Please confirm whether your program identifies and confirms a supervisor at time of admission.

Note: if you select, "list a supervisor and expect that this will be added to the student's committee record", you are acknowledging that you understand the supervisor listed on the recommendation form will be added to the student's committee page in go51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏbefore the end of their second term. To add committee members, you are required to submit the approval of supervisory committee form to the records team.
