Climbing Movement Workshops
These 1.75 hour movement workshops are the perfect option to get started in the sport of climbing or refine and enhance your skills. The fundamentals workshop welcomes new climbers and covers movement, common terminology and essential techniques. The progressions workshop is a great option for intermediate climbers looking to diversify their climbing skills.
Fundamentals Workshop
New to climbing and not sure where to start? This 1.75-hour beginner course is built for climbers with less than 6 months of climbing experience. Led by experienced instructors, this course covers the fundamentals: how to warm up, basic climbing movements, common terminology, and essential techniques to help you climb more confidently. No prior climbing or belay experience is needed. If you're just beginning your vertical journey, this is the best place to start.
Age Requirement: Minimum age is 14.

Summer Training Sessions
This group climbing program is designed for intermediate to advanced climbers who want to train with structure and purpose. Participants should be comfortably climbing at a 5.10– level or higher to get the most out of the session.
Each class focuses on creating effective training plans, improving route reading skills, and building endurance, strength, and stamina. The session also emphasizes good climbing practices to promote efficient movement, consistency, and long‑term progression. Top rope belay skills are required.
Prerequisites:
- Must have passed a top-rope belay test at the 51ÉçÇøºÚÁÏClimbing Wall.
