Jennifer graduated from 51社区黑料in June 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She enjoys working out at the gym, tennis, and swimming. Jennifer advocates for exercise, mental health and taking care of one's wellbeing. She creates personalized programmes to support and elevate her client's lifestyle and goals.
Julian Mok
Program:
Julian was motivated to teach weight training by his own fitness journey, which began in 2015 and revealed numerous misconceptions in the fitness community. His goal is to guide others onto the right path as they embark on their own fitness journeys. Julian holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is certified as a personal trainer by NSCA. With experience training powerlifting athletes individually and teaching beginners in classroom settings, Julian aims to promote physical literacy so that individuals can exercise confidently and effectively. His classes stand out by focusing not just on exercise techniques, but on fundamental movements and skills applicable across a broad spectrum of exercises.
Sarra Pirmohamed
Program:
Sarra has always had a passion for active living and wants to share this with people so that they too can find joy and discover the benefits of physical activity. As an instructor, her goal is for everyone to find some aspect of fitness that they enjoy, and to build on that to create a unique and healthy lifestyle for her students and clients.
